Recognizing the power of media, Richard merged his love for production with his career in law enforcement, excelling as both an exceptional community police officer and an elite detective in South Florida. His production company expanded to offer services to government agencies and employees.

After achieving considerable success, Richard retired and embarked on a journey across the United States, sharing his experiences and knowledge to inspire others to pursue their passions and become their own bosses. Within a few weeks, the station garnered thousands of listeners, reaching audiences not only in the United States but also in countries like the Philippines, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, Africa, and many more.
